Walk along the bayou by Downtown Houston... and find the UHD Gator Wall! It's right on the water, very close to where White Oak Bayou and Buffalo Bayou connect.
This giant gator mural is by artist Sebastien “MrD1987” Boileau.
The UHD Gator Wall is a permanent mural. It replaces the original Gator Wall located on a UHD storage building, which was removed to make way for the College of Sciences & Technology Building.
This bayou mural can be accessed by going to the UHD Wood Street lot and following the paved path down by the Willow Street Pump Station.
The wall can be accessed by heading to the Wood Street lot, following the paved path down to the back of the Willow Street Pump Station. (You can find the UHD map HERE.)
As a disclaimer... I've only ever gotten to the UHD Gator Wall by walking in along the bayou. If I was to drive and park, I would try to find street parking (or a public lot) near the Willow Street Pump Station. If you find a good spot to park, let us know!
