Proctor Plaza Park has a shaded playground, baseball field, tennis court, covered pavilion and community center. The park is in the middle of a nice Heights neighborhood and has parking available on the street.

The equipment is small, and pretty well worn, but we had fun playing on the two play structures and teeter totter. We especially liked the monkey bars and teeter totter.

When we visited, there was baseball practice in the corner and a few families at the playground. The community center was closed, but check HERE for hours and programs.
