John Paul Landing Park in Cypress

Have you seen John Paul Landing Park? It's 865 acres with trails, fishing, picnic areas and great playground equipment! Just look at the pictures from Fun2Go Misters and learn about the park HERE.

Look at this playground with slides and zip line and swings and lots of things to climb. And look at the pavilion with the sink and grill. And look at the shaded exercise area. The park is just great, every direction you look.

Also, the John Paul Landing Environmental Education Center (JPLEEC) is located in the northern portion of the park. Check the website for Activity Calendar.

According to the articles online, much of the property is still under development, so keep watching it.

Coming soon will be a 450 acre lake (bigger than what is there now). It will be a great place to fish and will help with flooding. When completed, the lake will be the third largest body of water in Harris County.
